Welcome to Kortosfera! Below are some tips and facts that will make your visit more enjoyable:

1. Tickets are available 30 days in advance.
2. The availability of tickets is based on event capacity – if tickets have been sold out online, you will not be able to buy them at the ticket office.
3. Exhibition tickets remain valid 30 minutes before to 30 minutes past the hour indicated on the ticket.
4. Exhibition tickets open entrance and exit gates. Do not throw away your ticket before leaving the exhibition zone!
5. Laboratory programs that have been designed for different age groups. Before buying a ticket to the Laboratory, please read the schedule and the description of the programs on the Labosfera website.
6. Laboratory activities begin on the specified hour, so please come on time. Laboratory experiments are closely supervised, and visitors who arrive late will not be admitted.
7. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult during their visit to Kortosfera.
8. Admission is free for children younger than 2 years.
9. The experiments conducted at the High Energy Laboratory involve loud sounds and electricity, and they are not suitable for all visitors. Please read the description of laboratory activities on the website of the High Energy Laboratory.
10. A ticket is valid for the duration of activities in Kortosfera plus 20 minutes for reaching the Laboratory and returning to the exit.
11. Group tickets are available for groups of minimum 16 participants (including the guardian).
12. A ticket for the guardian (PLN 1, one ticket for every guardian per every group of up to 15 participants) will be added to the price of the group ticket in the basket.
13. A ticket for a personal assistant (PLN 1) will be added to the price of a ticket for a disabled visitor in the basket.
